  I am writing this letter to show a small amount of my appreciation for one of your loan specialists, Mr. Christian. Recently my wife and I have been working with Joe and Christian regarding a new home purchase. Due to the fact that this was a short sale the timeline for closing was out of our control. Long story short, the bank gave us 5 business days to gather the documents required to close. Due to the fact that we loved the new house we decided to try and move forward. Despite the odds being against us, our lender Joe submitted all of our paperwork to Christian with a "rush" status. From my first discussion with Christian I felt as though we were in good hands. He was open and honest with his information, he also gave us realistic expectations on the process for getting the loan closed on time. Joe was also an integral part keeping the communication open between the loan process and our real estate agent. Against all odds Christian was able to get our loan approved in 2 days! I know there are a ton of back end processes that must take place and we sincerely appreciate his dedication to making this come together for us.   My name is Jennifer, and I am writing to let you know what an amazing lender you have in Dennis. Without Dennis my husband and I would likely still be trying to purchase a home.

  Dennis has gone above and beyond for my family since the first time we spoke on the phone nearly two years ago. I contacted Dennis in an attempt to determine how long it would be before my husband and I would be able to purchase a home after losing our home in a bankruptcy. Dennis spent long hours working with us and teaching us how to improve our credit so that when the time was right we would be in a great position to buy. We placed several offers on homes that did not work out for various reasons; however, once we found the house that we had our heart set on Dennis was there for every step. Dennis going above and beyond is why my husband and I now have a home for our children, and a home that we can be proud of. Dennis faced a great deal of tension in trying to help us purchase this home, from our part-time real estate agent needing his assistance, to both agents involved in this deal expecting Dennis to do their jobs for them. There was an issue that arose when it was time for closing in which the listing agent made an inappropriate comment to me and Dennis was right there to make sure that the situation was taken care of and that closing was comfortable for both my husband and myself and the seller. Dennis called me after our closing to see how we had settled into our new home. I discussed a concern with Dennis that our home was still listed on the Adams County Foreclosure website, and Dennis helped us resolve this issue. Dennis is and will continue to be our preferred lender.

  After closing on our home we have felt a sense of pride and continue to have a bond with Dennis. We feel like he has gone above and beyond for our family and has been truly invested in our future. For that we cannot say enough about Dennis, if all of your lenders have as much compassion, dedication, and drive as Dennis I can see that your company will continue to be strong despite any economic troubles.

  My name is Brian and recently I was able to purchase a home with the help of who I believe to be the best mortgage broker in the industry--Dirk at Megastar Financial. I feel this way for multiple reasons, nearly two years ago my wife and I decided we needed to start working in the direction of buying a home. After we had spoken with various lenders, including our local credit union we had little hope of owning a home anytime soon. Their canned response was, “your credit scores are too low, pay off more of your debt, and call us when your credit scores have gone up.
  
  Then we met Dirk, he did not dismiss us the way the others had. He took the time to talk to us and tell us which scores were a problem and why they were a problem. He also told us what debt we had that was an issue, he also set us up with the people to advise us properly on how to handle our debt and what to do to get our scores up. He took our dream personally and made it his mission to help us however he could. We were able to feel hopeful again after talking to Dirk and knew we were in great hands.
  
  Thanks to Dirk, less than a year later we were able to qualify for a home loan through USDA. The process was much easier than I would have ever expected. Aside from all the forms we had to fill out Dirk had us give all the information needed and I didn’t have to deal with multiple phone calls telling me we also need this and that. This is my first home but I have heard many stories about how horrible the process can be. Not with Dirk, even when I thought we may have an issue because of such a short deadline, we signed a deal for a short sale, the approval came through on a Wednesday with close to be the following Wednesday. I figured we would be out of luck, but Dirk said I’ll take care of it. He worked not just on Saturdays for us, but in this case he worked on Sunday! For this adventure Dirk even had to call in his underwriter to work on Sunday with him. Something I believe no other company would have done for us. Dirk didn’t even seem to mind he was very happy every time I talked to him, any time I had a question he had the answer and any time I was worried about the whole process he always reassured me that everything would be fine.
  
  My family and I hope to be in this house for a long time but you can be sure if we need a home loan or any of our friends do Dirk will be the first and only person we recommend. Not only does he treat you like a person but he treats you like a friend, with respect, and he takes your best interests to heart, if you’re asking for an amount that is too low or too high he has no problem telling you what to look for and why. • As first time home buyers, we were understandably nervous about picking a good lender. We heard from our realtor multiple times that the lender is typically the weak link in the buying chain. We found the opposite to be true, and we were a little disappointed with our realtor. Curt, however, was professional, amicable, and competent at every stage of the lending process. As we sat at the closing table, the escrow officer was amazed at both our interest rate and the low lending fees. Curt's fees were over a thousand less than the local bank and were less than most or all competitors. During closing, Curt was able to take care of a last minute issue quickly and efficiently. He remained calm, collective, and poised. He put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Curt, and will seek him out in our next purchase.

• My wife and I began looking for our first mortgage by going to our bank (which will remain unnamed). They were good to work with and gave us a pre-qualification letter; however, after we made an offer on a condo the bank stated that they couldn't confirm that the loan would be approved until it went to their underwriting department and that the process would take about a month. After discussing it with our real estate agent he recommended that we go to Frank Propati at MegaStar. Everyone we dealt with at MegaStar was prompt in returning phone calls and emails, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They offered a slightly better rate than the bank but most of all they confirmed that we WOULD get the loan. We went with them and couldn't have been happier. In the end MegaStar sells the loan and guess who bought it.....my own bank! In essence we got a better rate with our own bank by using MegaStar than we would have gotten as a customer of the bank and on top of that we had the peace-of-mind that our loan was going to be approved.

  I sent Frank an email when I made my first payment all excited to say I just made my first payment, yea! Which happened to be on the 15th of June for my July 1st payment. I think Frank was like "okay lady it is just a payment" ha-ha but to me it was my FIRST mortgage payment . FYI - My payments are always made on the last day of the prior month as to make sure they are received no later than the 1st of the month.
  
  So for those of us that are high-risk via the guidelines, thank you for giving us the opportunity to prove how grateful we are to be homeowners, to look forward to paying our mortgage on time and be anything but high-risk!

What a miracle that it all worked out but a miracle that only happened because of you (I am acutely aware of that.) I know that the simple truth is I would not be a homeowner if not for you. Having already purchased a home, I had experience with the loan process, but was surprised how much more pleasant and informative MegaStar was throughout the loan process compared with my first loan. I was honest with him from the very beginning and told him I wanted to compare his rates for a loan with some rates I had already acquired. It turned out that the gentleman was a competitor with Dennis. He acknowledged that the gentleman I was already using had a fair rate and steered me back to his competitor. He also told me if I had any more questions not to hesitate to call him. Dennis set an example that day of true integrity which is often hard to come by in today's society. I was so absolutely impressed with him that I knew I needed to let you know. He set an example that deserves to be shared with your whole corporation.
