Becky Smith has been a top Denver residential mortgage lender since starting the business in Denver in 1988. Becky enjoys helping clients look at and analyze several mortgage loan scenarios to determine which scenario makes the best sense for their long-term financial goals.

After over 2 decades as a President’s Club award winning mortgage loan officer, Becky gets a thrill out of helping clients start out buying their home, then refinancing that home if it makes sense and then being able to help that client and their friends, family, and co-workers move up and successfully obtain the finest home mortgage options to meet their best financial needs.

Becky enjoys spending time with her friends and family, gardening, reading, cooking and travel. And most of all, she loves making the rather dry loan process palatable and even sometimes FUN!
