“To Whom It May Concern: In my opinion, buying a house is one of the most important events in a person’s life. Delving into that process, the financial aspects are among the most important influencers in a potential homeowner’s decisions, but they are also some of the most confusing aspects of the entire process. Fortunately, in my case, I was introduced to Michael by my realtor. When I decided to make the move from Tennessee to Colorado, selling my current home, I had all kinds of questions about the Colorado market as well as a need to understand what my purchasing power was and what options were available financially.
